No boundaries

Today ,I looked in and saw out
the fly that rested on my foot,
cleansing her transparent wings and gazing up at me
Today, I looked in and saw out
the flicker winking in flight at me
making his way toward a branch of tree
Today, I looked in and saw out
a smiling squirrel leaping from tree to tree
laughing at the whimsical game of not touching ground
Today, I looked in and saw out
a reflection merging with nature’s pulse
in veins, in breath, and voice
the song of my soul
Blessings on your journey, Kathy
Through the process of energy healing you will begin to notice a deeper understanding of our loosening boundaries with the nature of woods, plants, animals, rivers, stars, wind, self and others. Initially, this realization is almost misty, a bit dreamy, and easily pushed aside as “I am this,” and “this is other than me.” There will be a glimpse, perhaps only a few seconds of this merging, and then it may drift. That’s okay, that is a part of the descent into your soul nature resonating with nature. The relationship will eventually plummet toward a union of self and other, and you will gradually notice that your breath will become one. This process may take years, and even a lifetime. You can assist the descent by spending time in nature in solitude (no phone, pets, friends, watch) and allowing yourself to be drawn to natures voices. Practice receiving through your senses, then close your eyes and drop into a more focused state. Select a natural attraction such as a rock. Speak aloud to the rock telling it about yourself, your journey, and why you are with this rock today. Listen intently with what you receive. Be patient and visit nature often.
