Kathy specializes in helping people realize their innate potential and unique qualities that serve to foster empowerment and encourage fulfillment in all key relationships, so that one can learn to embrace both the sorrows and the joys of life. This strength-based approach borrows from many theoretical constructs such as Existentialism, Humanism, Gestalt, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Eastern philosophy found in the system of Chakra energy.
Kathy has obtained a Master’s degree in Education in Counseling, and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She has also graduated from the Life Purpose Institute as a Life Process Coach, and she is currently enrolled as a doctoral student in Ecopsychology, at Project Nature Connect, with a specialization in understanding the healing connection between individuals and their natural world.
